Yagi Typhoon delays shipments

Last weekend, the Northern region of Vietnam was hit by a typhoon called Yagi. This is a super storm and it's the strongest storm the region has in the last 30 years. It wreck havoc upon its path, and Hanoi is amongst the city where it hits directly.

Lucky for us, we were largely unaffected. The team are all safe, our assess, inventories and property are safe as well. Even though the storm has pass, it effects still linger and causes huge rains and that in turn causes flooding in some region of Hanoi City (where we're located). Due to this reason, some member of our team cannot come to work and sometimes, the shipping agent cannot come to pickup the shipments. This has been the situation since Sunday (Sep 8th 2024) and forecasted to last until the end of this week.

We still can build and ship the keyboards, but there will be a small delay (about 1 week or so) for all the outstanding orders.

I hope you guys understand the situation we're in. And once again, thank you for trusting our shop.
