Dear our beloved customers,
The Spring festival is upon us, this is the biggest holiday of the year in our culture, much like Chrismas/New Year in the West. This is the time we put every thing behind and look forward a new year with the people we loved. Due to that reason, we at Ergomech will take a long vacation from 2nd-Feb until 15th-Feb. During this time, the following function of our shop will be affected:
- We cannot build or ship any orders
- If your order isn't shipped by 2nd-Feb, then it's very likely it'll be delayed after the holiday is over, we will try to ship as many orders as possible before that date, but we certainly can't ship everything out
- Your order will likely be delayed - This happens for 2 reasons: our Supplier from China is also taking their vacation (even before us) so our stock might not be enough to ship all orders, even though we have everything in stock now, but that might not be enough. And during the time approaching the holiday, the shipping is very chaotic (both domestic and international)
- We cannot refund your order in case you need one since the bank also closes
- I (Hai - the store owner) will be on call and will try to answer to your email as much as possible, but the reply will be slow and I will miss a few emails, so please do remind me if you don't see any reply email.
